Note on Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3)
On M-series MacBook Pros, the processor, GPU, RAM, and Neural Engine are integrated into a single chip (the SoC). This chip cannot be replaced individually, it is bonded to the board at manufacturing. However, the majority of MacBook Pro M-series failures occur in the surrounding components: USB-C controllers, power management ICs, charging path components, backlight drivers, and board traces. All of these are repairable. We will tell you clearly during the diagnostic if the fault is in the SoC itself (rare) or in a repairable surrounding component (common).
